Pureunsaemi Jin is a Korean pianist and composer whose work bridges classical tradition with contemporary expression. Her musical language was shaped in Paris, where she studied music—an experience that continues to inform the structural clarity of her music.

Her compositions often translate inner emotions into sound. Through intimate textures, minimalist gestures, and refined pianism—often centered around the warm, muted tones of the felt piano—she captures fleeting moments and subtle atmospheres. Rather than foregrounding virtuosity, her music unfolds like a quiet narrative, something akin to a sonic essay that invites listeners into a reflective and deeply personal listening experience. She has collaborated with the internationally acclaimed countertenor David DQ Lee, exploring a range of sonic expressions across different musical contexts.

In recent works, she has increasingly turned toward ambient soundscapes and experimental textures, expanding her musical language while maintaining the intimacy and sensitivity that define her artistic voice.
